WAS IST BETA3A?<\/h2>\n

BETA3A (Akronym von Betacom Anomaly Analysis and Alarms) ist eine Software, die St\u00f6rungen an Prozesskomponenten mit Meldungen in Realzeit an der dazugeh\u00f6rigen Produktionslinie verwaltet. So gelangt man zu den fehlerhaften Komponenten und kann sie aus dem Prozess nehmen.<\/p>\n

BETA3A ist eine plattformunabh\u00e4ngige Client-Server Web-App. Sie kann damit auf jeder Art von Device und Betriebssystem einfach installiert werden und bleibt immer responsiv.
Nach der Installation und Konfiguration mit den Parametern der Prozesskomponenten erm\u00f6glicht BETA3A den Empfang von Daten sowohl aus Analyselabors als auch von BETACVR (Betacom Vision Control and Repair). Anschlie\u00dfend werden die Daten mit den vorher eingegebenen Parametern verglichen: Wenn einige Werte die eingestellten Grenzwerte \u00fcberschreiten, l\u00f6st BETA3A Alarmmeldungen oder Ereignisse f\u00fcr externe Anwendungen aus, so dass die Station, die das Problem verursacht, blockiert werden kann. Au\u00dferdem kann sie eine dichotomische R\u00fcckverfolgung f\u00fcr die Kontrolle der fehlerhaften Prozesskomponenten ausl\u00f6sen.<\/p>\n

Die Alarmmeldungen werden von der Komponente ALS verwaltet und k\u00f6nnen auf Android Smartwatch, Android Tablet und PC empfangen und auch verwaltet werden.<\/p>\n
