WAS IST BetaANDON?<\/h2>\n

Das System Andon ist f\u00fcr die Anwendung im Produktionsbereich bestimmt: Es informiert die Bediener, die f\u00fcr die Steuerung, Wartung und andere Aspekte zust\u00e4ndig sind, wenn ein Problem in Bezug auf die Qualit\u00e4t oder den Prozess auftritt.
Die Hauptkomponente ist eine Anzeigetafel mit eingebauten Leuchtsignalen, die melden, an welcher Station das Problem aufgetreten ist.<\/p>\n

Die Anzeigetafel Andon ist einer der Hauptbestandteile des Qualit\u00e4tskontrollsystems in der Konzeption der Autonomation, die zum sog. Ansatz der Lean Production geh\u00f6rt.<\/p>\n

Die Software BetaAndon umfasst einen Web Visualizer, der nach den jeweiligen Anforderungen konfiguriert werden kann. \u00dcber eine einfache grafische Schnittstelle kann der gew\u00fcnschte Tabellenaufbau erstellt werden. Was die Dynamik angeht, ist BetaAndon plattformunabh\u00e4ngig und kann damit einfach an jedem Ger\u00e4t und Betriebssystem installiert werden.
Nach einer leichten Installation ist das System bereit f\u00fcr die Konfiguration der Parameter f\u00fcr Datenempfang und -sendung an den verschiedenen Anzeigeschnittstellen. Das System kann Daten von TCP- oder PLC-Quellen sowie von Datenbanken empfangen.<\/p>\n
